Rain or Shine Practice

Greetings All,

We have just made an agreement with Cottonwood Creek Equestrian Center to use there covered arena for our practice coming up this February 9^th 2008.

I am sorry for the short notice of this announcement however; if we can make this work out we will have an arena for inclement weather conditions.

Here are the catches;

We will have to raise the practice price to $30 from $25
We will need to Pre-register, this is how it will work;

I will need to receive at least 8 pre-paid registrations of $15 prior to Friday, February 1^st.

If we do not have these we will have to cancel this location and go to Byerly Arena and chance the weather. These Pre-registrations are refundable, but only if this practice is canceled. The remaining $15 due for this event will be paid the day of practice.

Each rider will need to fill out the practice registration form include the $15 and mail as directed.

Each rider will need to fill out and sign the release, bring it with you the day of the practice.

Keep an eye on the website for up to the minute announcements on our event status. We will post an “attendance confirmation” for this event as soon as we have eight pre-registrations.
